Utility energy consulting is Atlas’s primary focus in LATAM, starting with the Mexico Commission Federal de Electricidad (CFE). Since 2013, Atlas has consulted with CFE on many businesses such as energy exportation, storage, turbines, and controls and monitoring. In addition, we’ve expanded our expertise to utility companies from Mexico, Central America, and select regions in Latin America.
Atlas Clean Energy (ACE) began as a consultancy for California businesses and their offshore manufacturing sites (maquiladoras) across the US–Mexico border. We quickly identified operational functions in need of improvement between parents and subsidiaries, especially regarding energy procurement programs.
